Brief

A major high street bank was looking to streamline its design and print requirements in order to benefit from cost savings and process efficiencies.

Solution

With an in-house design team, we were able to ensure that brand integrity was maintained at all times. Our design team, working alongside the customer’s marketing team and marketing agencies, designed forms, business stationery and marketing materials. These items were printed in bulk and delivered and stored in our distribution centre, which resulted in printing and delivery savings for the customer.

The pre-printed materials were added to our online ordering portal to be ordered alongside office supplies for consolidation, meaning a greener contract as there are fewer deliveries. These products are all stored securely in a dedicated area in our distribution centre  and stock levels are maintained by our in-house inventory team to ensure continuity of supply.

A print on demand portal with secure sign-in was set up for business stationery. With pre-approved branded templates and pre-determined fields which can be personalised, these items can be ordered and printed as and when required but ensure brand integrity is maintained without creating any additional work for the brand and marketing teams.
