Our long term relationship with a well known charity has enabled it to make year on year savings on office supplies and divert these savings into its essential work.
When the charity was looking for a new office supplies partner, it needed a provider that would work with it openly and proactively to achieve maximum value as well as guarantee delivery to the UK and Ireland.
We helped the charity to reduce group spend by delivering an online ordering solution. We make deliveries for the charity to 480 locations around the UK and are proud that performance levels have represented an average 99% fulfilment.
Solution
We were awarded the contract to deliver all parcels to the charity, picking up these parcels from a central warehouse.
We send these parcels on a next day delivery basis which enables the charity to consolidate their costs and make positive savings.
With Banner the charity has been able to consolidate costs, deliveries and distribution. We provide offices supplies to the various divisions within the charity, including its training centres.
By working in partnership and helping to deliver innovative and reliable solutions on an on-going basis we have helped to greatly reduce the charity’s costs over many years.
We have regular reviews with the charity and present full management information, so that we all know exactly how this supply partnership is performing. A clear, open book approach is vital to our relationship.
Our team approach helps to identify ways to reduce product costs and the charity is also provided with a monthly report which identifies all savings made. The savings that we have achieved by working together on this contract have enabled the charity to re-focus more of their much needed resources on crucial core activities.
