Brief

When Banner was invited to redesign a whole office floor for vehicle leasing and fleet management specialists Arval, we helped this award-winning company improve the use of their available space.

Dealing with the challenges of an increased head count and structural considerations, which included metal floor to ceiling posts that had to be worked around, our solution had to involve changing the use of the floor.

Arval, which had just won Best Lease Provider at the 2018 Vans A2Z Van fleet World Awards and Best Customer Service at the 2017 International Auto Finance Network Awards, gave Banner a brief covering scope, budget and timeline for completion. 

Solution

After considering every aspect of their brief, we advised Arval of the latest space saving desk ranges. We tailored this to their budget and their wishes for the style and overall appearance of the office space. After narrowing down their product selection to a couple of options, our furniture specialists at Banner provided more detailed drawings and quotations.

As is standard with a project of this size and complexity, the quotations and plans were revised and amended as further decisions were made on layouts and product specification.

Our furniture team worked closely with Arval, ensuring that they could make all the revisions they wished and achieve the look and feel of the office they required, right up until the order was placed with the manufacturer a few months later.

We made sure that the installation was carried out swiftly and efficiently over an agreed weekend, working in tandem with Arval’s other internal partners on the project, to ensure minimal business disruption. Arval’s employees were able to leave work on Friday and return to a newly designed workplace on Monday morning.
